Our values show how much We Care

Working in partnership we put the needs of our clients first to deliver excellent care. We recognise that we all have a part to play in making our communities happier and healthier.

Empowering people to have control over their own lives by ensuring they get the support they need that is right for them.

Compassion is at the heart of care we provide. We look for the things we can do, however small, to bring comfort and happiness to all our clients.

Assurance of quality is gained by encouraging feedback from our clients, families, Carers, and the public. We listen and use this feedback to improve the care we provide.

Respect and dignity are essential to the delivery of a quality service, that's why we are always maintaining the privacy, dignity, and respect of all our clients. We value their aspirations and commitments, and seek to understand their priorities, needs, abilities and limits.

Embracing diversity and inclusion is part of our organisation’s culture. By recognising that everyone is an individual, we promote equal opportunities creating a climate that allows differences to flourish.

What the CQC say about us..

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulates all health and social care services in England. They are the regulatory body that monitor, inspect and conduct in-depth assessments to regulate services to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety and publish what they find, including performance ratings to help people choose care.  Their reports and ratings can be found online.

We received consistently good feedback about the standard of care people received. Everyone we spoke with said they would recommend the service. People and their relatives had formed meaningful relationships with staff who knew them well. People told us they were treated with respect and staff upheld their dignity.
People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives and staff supported them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests; the policies and systems in the service supported this practice. People and their families were involved in the assessment of their needs and in developing their care plans. Care plans were continually reviewed and updated to reflect people's changing needs.
Systems were in place to manage risks to people's health and safety and protect people from the risk of abuse. People were supported to take their medicines safely and there were sufficient numbers of appropriately trained staff to meet people's needs.   The service was well-led, and people felt the management were open and honest. The provider worked with other professionals and organisations to ensure positive outcomes for people were achieved.
You Speak... We Listen...
